Global Missions 365 is an evangelistic, non-profit organization THAT ministers internationally to others by bringing the eternal hope of Jesus Christ and the here-and-now physical resources to the unreached, underprivileged, and the persecuted. Our vision is for every people group to be transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ, driving ALL that we do.

Board Members

  • DR. GARY CRAWFORD is the founder of Global Missions 365. He graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Doctorate of Ministry. Gary is Emeritus Pastor at Westside Baptist Church after serving for over 34 years and the founder of Gary Crawford Leadership through which he currently provides leadership coaching that empowers transformational professional and personal growth.

    Gary has served on the Board of Trustees for the Baptist College of Florida, the Florida Baptist Convention, State Board of Missions, and International Mission Board. He has served and led mission teams to over 20 different countries and continues to place missions at the forefront of all that he does.

  • TRYSSA PACCIULLI will be serving as our treasurer and she brings with her 15 years of experience in financial planning. Tryssa was born in the Amazon and immigrated with her family to Miami at the age of 3 and then to Gainesville at 18, to attend the University of Florida. She has always been passionate about helping people because growing up, she saw firsthand how the lack of financial planning could affect a family for generations to come. While getting her Finance degree at UF, she felt God leading her to focus her career on providing personal financial planning to families. Tryssa has various investments licenses, has led Financial Peace University for nearly a decade and is a certified Dave Ramsey Financial Master Coach. She has also served in various leadership roles and is on the board of directors at her church’s foundation. Most importantly though, she knows that God owns it all and that we have a personal responsibility to manage the resources He has given us and use it to glorify Him and grow His kingdom. Tryssa lives in Gainesville, FL, she is married to her high school sweetheart John, who is an ER nurse at UF and they have 2 beautiful little girls.

  • KWANSUN CHO is a third-generation Christ follower, born and raised in South Korea. She came to Gainesville to pursue her higher degrees in engineering at the University of Florida. Currently, she teaches engineering students with God-given passion and talent in the Gator Nation. What excites her most is getting to know Jesus more daily and letting Him known to others. Since 2007, she has been involved in the international ministry of Westside Baptist Church as a leader.

  • GLENDA HAGLUND is a farmer’s daughter, from South Dakota. She now resides in Newberry, Florida.  Glenda has been a follower of Jesus since she was a young. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree from South Dakota State University and a Master of Science Degree in Communication Disorders from Minnesota State University. She began her career as a Speech/Language Pathologist before the Lord called her and her husband, Jeffrey, to the mission field. They served for 15 years in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, living in Kiev, Ukraine; Prague, Czech Republic; and Sofia, Bulgaria. Among her greatest gifts are her four children-Jedidiah, Kara, Kesed and Josiah and now son-in-law, Brandon. Glenda is passionate about missions and her years of overseas experience gives her a unique perspective for our Board.  She says; “In our 15 years overseas, God did more in me than through me. It has been an amazing ride and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.” Her claim to fame: she gave birth in four different countries

  • PEGGY MAULDIN, wife, mother, and grandmother. My husband Dan and I have been married for sixty-three years and have two sons, six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. I was born in Atlanta, Georgia, raised in Jacksonville, Florida, and accepted Christ as a teenager. Dan and I first met in church and have been active all our married life. We have moved eight times throughout our marriage and each time I have been privileged to serve in different ministries. I have served as Director of WMU, Women’s Ministry, Prayer Ministry and Children’s Ministry, Nominating Committee with the Florida Baptist Convention, and other committees within the Church. Since retirement we have been members of Westside Baptist Church for thirty years

  • RICH PEAVY has extensive global leadership experience in vocational ministry, humanitarian aid, public education, and financial technology arenas. He is a teacher, instructional design consultant, and organizational development professional.  

    Rich has led large international Christian relief and development efforts, specializing in capacity-building of relief workers. This includes living internationally and working with teams from many cultural and educational backgrounds. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from the University of Florida and a Masters of Science in Organizational Performance & Workplace Learning from Boise State University. Rich currently develops leaders for a large financial technology company and resides with his family in the greater Atlanta area where he is active in a variety of discipleship and ministry efforts

  • TIMOTHY MCLENDON is a staff attorney at the Center for Governmental Responsibility, a legal research institute attached to the University of Florida Levin College of Law.  He has worked closely with prosecutors and judges in many parts of Brazil, as well as other parts of Latin America, on comparative law training projects in areas of constitutional law, environmental law, mediation, and human rights.  In his private legal practice, he has also advised non-profit organizations on matters involving incorporation, organization and securing 501(c)(3) status.

    Tim is a deacon and teaches Sunday School at Westside Baptist Church, in Gainesville, Florida, where he has been active in the singles and special care ministries.  He has participated in various mission projects in Haiti, Florida and elsewhere in the United States.  He and his wife, Amy, currently have a daughter, Hannah (5), and a son, Isaiah

  • DOUG MEDLIN serves as Stewardship Advisor with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention (IMB). Prior to joining the IMB in 2013, Doug served eighteen years as a gift planning officer between The University of Florida Foundation. Inc. and Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches, Inc. In addition, he completed a twelve-year administrative career as a Trust Officer with banks in Florida and Tennessee. He and his incredible wife, Marcy live in Lake Mary, Florida and have two beautiful and talented adult daughters

  • ANDI CORNETT has over 35 years of experience in the aviation industry, allowing her to extensively travel worldwide in that role.  At some point along the journey, God began working in her heart and moving her awareness from business centers to “people” centers.

    Sandi is joining the Global Missions 365 Board with a spirit of obedience and adventure, unsure of where Christ will lead her in this role, but with a willingness to work and join other workers of the harvest.

  • PHIL YOUNG is passionate about world missions and making a kingdom impact wherever and whenever he can. Phil is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Phil served in full-time vocational ministry for over 40 years in the areas of administration, worship leadership, and missions. In 2003, Phil founded and led the Global Reach Foundation Inc., a worldwide church planting organization. During his four years as President, Global Reach raised and invested over $3M in 22 church planting efforts across North America and in 11 countries around the world. Phil is currently serving as a Church Planter Coach for the North American Mission Board as well as leads the Evangelism Team efforts for his local church campus in Lakeland Florida. Phil also facilitates group travel for pastors desiring to take pilgrim journeys to Israel and other Bible Lands as the Director of Church Relations for NTS Travel. 

    Phil and his wife Janet have been married for 40 years and have 5 grown children, all of whom are married and passionately serving the Lord through their local churches. Phil and Janet currently have 13 grandchildren and are expecting number 14 and 15 very soon!   



  • INGRID CRAWFORD has a passion for the Lord, for His work through missions, and for people around the world. Whether it's in the remote areas of the Amazon River basin, the Democratic Republic of Congo interior, or in her North Florida community, Ingrid wants you to know Jesus. Her passion for missions began nearly 10 years ago, leading her to complete an Interdisciplinary bachelors degree in Global Studies and Business. Ingrid has faithfully served on numerous World Impact and Missions committees within the church, currently sits on the Board of Directors for Amazon Vision Ministries, and is actively pursuing a Masters degree in Global Studies and Executive Leadership. Her extensive international travel experience gives her a global perspective of God's kingdom and she merges her passion, education and experience into her role as Executive Director at Global Missions 365.  

  • MELISSA ALLEN is a marketing and recruitment executive that coordinates strategy and tactical planning. Her leadership role at the University of Florida brought her to Gainesville in 2014, where she successfully launched and now oversees online enrollment services. She is a high energy doer that has a track record of success in achieving aggressive goals using lean resource management. As a native Floridian, Mrs. Allen received her master's degree in communication from the University of Central Florida and a bachelor's degree in communication studies and psychology from the University of Miami. Melissa is both passionate and comfortable showing vulnerability when sharing her personal testimony with others. She is actively involved in leadership development and international mission work.  

  • MICHAEL JUSTICE has a passion for connecting people to community through media. A renowned visual storyteller, Michael has traveled through-out the world capturing the lives of people and places that tell stories of hope, inspire change, and show God’s love. Michael’s professional expertise is used by both corporations, educational institutions and nonprofits across the US. But he doesn’t stop there! Michael’s passion for sharing the Gospel and cross-cultural servanthood has led him to Haiti, Israel, and the west Amazon River basin of Brazil. Whether using videography, websites, photography, or graphics, Michael’s superb ability to tell stories and engage others through visual tools enhances the Global Missions 365 experience and mission.
